Shipping Policy

When processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipment and delivery of your purchase. 

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement.

Orders placed on a weekend will be sent out Monday morning. 

Australian domestic Express:
1-3 Business days*

Australian domestic standard:
3-7 business days*

International:
7+ Business days*

Same day local delivery for Gold Coast region:
Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered before 5pm the next day. Orders placed on the weekends will be delivered the next following business day.

*Please note, that shipping is outside of our control, and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.
